  • Rebecca utilises a warm, empathic and direct approach in therapy. She is often told that she has a very calming presence that creates a safe space for clients to openly share their concerns.

    Given her creative spirit, Rebecca encourages her clients to bring in their scrapbooks, colouring pencils, or any creative outlet really into the therapy room to assist them with regulating their emotions in session.

  • Rebecca enjoys cooking, being a foodie and trying out different restaurants. She also is an avid reader and loves travelling.
