• First head to your GP and ask for a mental health care plan so that you can access a medicare rebate for your sessions. Then reach out through our contact form and we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Rebecca will schedule a phone call with you for about 10-15 minutes. In this call she will ask some brief questions about what is concerning you and get some personal details such as name, address, medicare number etc.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email admin_elheloupsychology@protonmail.com. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • After our initial phone conversation, we’ll provide you with pricing information. If you obtain a mental health care plan from your GP, you will receive $145.25 per session back from medicare.

  • All your information will stay private and confidential. However, in some circumstances your psychologist may need to disclose information if they are concerned for your safety or the safety of others, if you disclose that a child may be at risk of harm, or if the law requires the release of your information. Please see our privacy policy for further information (available upon booking your session).

  • Unfortunately we are not a crisis service and therefore cannot be available 24/7 for psychological support.
